The kitchen has high-end appliances, including a single deep-fryer with drain blast and filter, large double sinks, a 36" Griddle, an 18" Grill, 2x18" Burners, and a True full-size commercial fridge, and a 4' True prep fridge with drawers. The entire kitchen is lined with quilted stainless steel walls and an aluminum checker plate floor. The passenger side of this truck has a large service window with a fold-out table on the exterior of the truck as well as shelving, cabinets, and counter space.

The electrical has all been professionally done and can be switched over with the breaker box to local power to keep the fridges cold without needing to keep the generator running. There is also an A/C that doubles as a heater mounted into the roof for better climate control inside the kitchen!
